The Financial Solutions Branch (FSB) is a segment of the Workplace and Centralized Solutions (WCS) organization. FSB provides a dedicated relationship model that serves mass affluent retail investors.
In FSB, we have a unique opportunity to assist clients who don't live within proximity to a physical branch. We also cater to clients who prefer to conduct business over the phone, as meetings are held either on the phone or by video conference technology. Whether it's retirement planning, charitable giving, estate planning, active investing or managing banking and lending needs, Investor Services can help.

Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is passionate about 'Seeing through the clients eyes', advocates for our centralized team with business partners and is a reliable resource for our branch managers. This includes ensuring teams are compliant with risk management initiatives and providing operational and administrative support. We are looking for people with a passion for increasing efficiencies, advocates for both rep and client experience, partners well with branch managers and is excited to support evolving initiatives.
