Job descriptionFull and unrestricted License in any State, or US Territory BC / BE by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) NPI BLS / ACLS DEA Certificate Deliver comprehensive clinical anesthesiology services for patients undergoing various surgeries, including orthopedic, major vascular, thoracic, and others. Administer clinical care for patients undergoing electroconvulsive therapy and diagnostic / therapeutic procedures. Provide primary coverage in critical care settings, including the surgical intensive care unit, short stay unit, and acute / chronic pain management, as well as emergency airway management. Offer consultative services at patient bedside for non-ambulatory cases and in clinics for ambulatory cases. Ensure compliance with medication policies and procedures, abstaining from providing sample medications. Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions, coordinating with the next care setting. Establish mechanisms for timely communication of test results to patients. Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and attend relevant meetings as required by the facility. Provide clinical supervision to staff CRNA Fulfill any other duties as outlined by the facility.
