We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced

• Lead Teacher
• . As a Lead Teacher, you will guide daily routines, support each child’s natural development, and partner with families to ensure a consistent and caring, educational experience.
• Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain a peaceful, safe, and clean preschool environment that supports independence and exploration.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Observe and assess each child's development, documenting progress and adjusting strategies to meet individual needs.
• Ensure daily routines are consistent, respectful, and in accordance with state licensing standards.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents through verbal updates, written reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Maintain licensing including child-to-teacher ratios, safety protocols, and recordkeeping.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or classroom aides, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings.
• Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the school.
• Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field preferred, but not required
• At least 1–2 years of experience working as a lead teacher experience required
• CPR / First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
