Job Title - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Locations - Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point

Pay - $20 - $26 phr depending on experience paid weekly

Fields of work - Pediatrics, Adults, Family Medicine, Allergy and Shot, OBGYN

Job Duties to include but not limited to

• taking patient vitals
• taking patient medical history
• medication reconciliation
• exam room set up / clean up
• administering injections
• assisting provider with exam / procedures
• proper sterilization of instruments
• OSHA / HIPAA knowledge
