Updated resume 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs) Social Security card CNA license and registration (State of North Carolina) Voided Check / Direct Deposit from the bank - for payroll 2 reference letters / references to call Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption BLS / CPR (Optional) TB Test (PPD / QuantiFERON) - at least within the last 12 months
Oculus Health is actively looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for immediate placement in our facility at Lenoir, NC.
- Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour
- Status : Full time, Part-Time
- 8-hour Shifts : 3p-11p, 11p-7a
- 12-hours Shifts : 7a-7p
- Must have weekend availability (Every weekend or Every other weekend)
- Facility Location : Lenoir, NC Benefits :
