Belles Beach House is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Maitre D’ to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. About the Role

As a Maitre D’ , you will oversee the flow of service by managing reservations, walk-ins, and seating assignments while maintaining a polished and professional presence. Your role is key in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins for reservations and walk-ins
• Organize and oversee the reservation book to maximize seating efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and venue
• Assist with incoming calls and answer guest inquiries
• Strategically seat guests to balance service and enhance the guest experience
• Support the dining room team with initial table setup and guest accommodations
• Prepare and organize menus, ensuring all materials are updated and available
• Follow all opening, closing, and sanitation procedures
• Communicate effectively with management, kitchen, and service staff to ensure seamless operations
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork
