- Monthly commissions can significantly enhance your earnings, with the possibility of reaching over $75,000 per year.
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate appointments in a timely manner.Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesContinuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of vehicle specifications, optional packages, and the latest technologiesFollow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral businessLearn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situationsAnswer incoming phone calls professionally and happilyGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerRespond to emails and handle customer inquiries promptlyQualifications :
Willing to work a five-day workweek that includes Saturdays, with a different day off during the weekSelf-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferredReady to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improvePhenomenal communication skills with customers and team membersProfessional, well-groomed personal appearancePrevious experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBasic computer skills. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plusPrevious experience in a internet customer service sales position is preferredPreferred Skills :
