What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Observe for and report any unusual activity or incidents to help to deter potential issues.

Remain visible and approachable to assist clients, visitors, and employees as needed.

Complete required documentation and reports related to security-related activities and incidents.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
