Schedule Night shift : 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00), rotating weekends. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in the Emergency Room to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing a high-stress environment while providing quality care to a diverse patient population. This role includes working with critical care cases, trauma, and a range of medical emergencies. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the emergency department. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system. Administer medications and IV therapy, including blood products and vasopressors. Perform assessment and triage of incoming patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and manage patients experiencing a range of conditions, including trauma and cardiac emergencies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ER setting. Current and valid BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required. Experience with EPIC charting system is required. ACLS certification and trauma experience preferred. Experience with a STEMI and Stroke certified facility is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
