How will you make a difference?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analytics Specialist to support our HR organization by developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards. The analytics specialist will also work in many other tools as required Workday Prism, Microsoft Power Bi, Excel and many others. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in data analysis, HRIS systems, and business intelligence, looking to grow their career in Workday reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or relevant field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.
• Experience with reporting supporting Human Resources within a large, complex enterprise, ideally across a range of geographies and segments.
• Experience with using charts, graphs and visuals for telling a story with data.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and improving HR data and analytics processes and tools in a global environment.
• Require 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Prefer 2+ years of experience with HR data and analytics with Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft or Workday preferably in a global, multi-tenant environment

The salary range for this role is between $77,400.00-$110,300.00. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com. Other benefit offerings for this role may include an annual bonus, if eligible.
