  • $1,000 (Per Driver) Team Sign On Bonus - No Strings Attached!
  • Paid Orientation
  • Monthly Mileage Bonus (That's attainable and guaranteed your first month!).
  • Annual vacation payout beginning at one year, increases with years of service
  • Daily payroll processing (2 day turnaround)
  • We pay PC Miler practical miles - and average 10% more miles over companies not using practical miles
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Insurance Benefits are Available on the First Month Following 30 Days

    • Route Details :

  • Koleaseco is a long haul carrier with an average run being 1,700 miles
  • Koleaseco is a national over-the-road carrier and we run where the freight takes us

    • Equipment :

  • Late Model Equipment : Peterbilt & Kenworth
  • All trucks Equipped with Refrigerators, 200 Watt Inverters / APU, and Truck Navigation

    • Minimum Requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 23 years old and have a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
  • A valid commercial drivers license (CDL).
  • An applicant must be able to meet all Federal DOT regulations, including passing a DOT physical examination and a DOT drug test.
  • Drivers must have and maintain a neat and clean appearance, pass a company interview, and be able to meet Koleaseco’s work and attendance requirements.
