The Patient Service Representative is responsible for the patient check-in process, updating computer patient personal information and insurance information, handling a multi-line phone system, medical records filing and maintenance, and collection of co-pays and cash payments.

For this position, the base pay range is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certification, or training.
