An established and growing medical device startup in Eden Prairie, MN is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative medical productsspanning both capital equipment and disposable devices.

What You'll Do :

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across mechanical engineering effortsfrom early concept through commercialization.
• Mentor and manage a small internal engineering team, while coordinating with contract resources as needed to flex with project demands.
• Lead and contribute to prototyping, testing, and iteration cycles in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, clinical, manufacturing, quality, regulatory) to ensure product and business success.
• Drive execution with strong organizational discipline and project ownership.
