Principal Program Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager - Tools and Services.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs focusing on tooling and operational enablement

Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Leads and / or Project Managers across programs

Shape program management methodology and standards to establish YubiPMO as a strategic function

Required Qualifications :

8-12 years of experience in program or project management

8+ years of experience in technology, preferably with SaaS, security, or platform tooling

Proven ability to manage Project Leads and / or Project Managers across multiple programs

Strong expertise in tooling implementation and process optimization

Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
