• Mon - Fri 7a-3p
• No Call NO Weekends NO OT
• 8 ORs
• Cases : B&B, Endo, OB / GYN, Neuro , Ortho, URO
• NO Hearts Block experience a + (not mandatory)
• Model : 2 CRNAs & 2 MD / DO
• Must have Active ACLS & BLS
• EMR : Paper charting
