Job Opportunity : Office Specialist II
The Utah Department Of Transportation (UDOT) is seeking a dependable and detail-focused Office Specialist II to provide administrative support for Region Three in Orem, Utah. We're looking for someone who's dependable, detail-oriented, and a great communicator to help keep our operations running smoothly. This position is based at the front desk of UDOT's Region Three office in Orem, Utah, and provides essential administrative and customer service support. The role reports directly to the Region Three Senior Communications Manager, with a secondary reporting line to the Region Three Director.
This is a part-time, job-share position working Monday through Friday (or alternating days with the other job-share employee) for approximately 2025 hours per week during regular business hours (MondayFriday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., excluding holidays). The final schedule will be determined but must fall within normal business hours.
