Radius rule : will accept locals within 50 miles; 10% reduction to bill rate - NBO : 16 hrs - EMR : EPIC - OT / Holiday : 1.15x multiplier - Call Back : 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum - On Call : $9 / hr - Charge / Precept : $6 / hr Billable OT : - 36-40 hrs / week, OT billable after 40 - 48 hrs / week, OT billable after 48 2025 Holidays : - Winter holidays : Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving) - Limit of 1 day request off between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked. UNIT Info - Patient Types : primarily cardiac - Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 - Bed Size : 16 - Scrubs : provided Avg. caseload - Average 35-50 cases per day. Expectation for turnovers is less than 20 minutes. Special equipment - 3 Davinci robots. Use Stealth technology for Neuro navigation and use primarily Synthes or Stryker for ortho trauma. We dont do many ortho joints. How many suites - 16 ORs. Run from 12-14 routinely. As a level 1 trauma center, we reserve space for traumas. Service lines - Cardiac / PV, Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), robotics, gyn, uro, general, pediatrics, transplants. We do a small volume of ENT and plastic procedures. Scrub or Circulate - both would be best.
