Experience : Clinical social work experience via master's practicum or 2 years post-MSW within last 3 years. Certifications : BLS per base PWS; no additional certifications specified. Licensure : Current, full, active, unrestricted LCSW license. Representative duties : Psychosocial assessments; treatment planning; individual, group, couples, and family counseling; coordination of referrals; consultation to staff; participation in peer review / case conferences; practice within license / privileges; other duties as assigned.
