Job Title : Data Management Lead

Location : Remote

Security Clearance : Must have or able to obtain US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) security clearance.

Salary : $150,000.00 - $170,000.00; compensation based on years of relevant professional work experience, relevant skill set and educational background plus any professional certifications.

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a Data Management Lead to provide expert leadership and guidance to our federal government client, USCIS, for support data strategy and modernization initiatives. The position will be supporting USCIS's Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) and Office of Performance and Quality (OPQ). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall efforts to expand the development, implementation and maintenance of data management standards across the client agency’s current and future systems. This will be accomplished by identifying key strategies, developing and presenting recommendation packages including impact assessments, consulting with external offices as needed, implementing the approved data standards and developing monitoring and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, computer science or a related field
• Proven experience in business intelligence and data modernization initiatives
• 5+ years of experience working with developing and managing business intelligence initiatives in collaboration with federal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• 4+ years of experience supporting data strategy, business intelligence and data modernization efforts at USCIS
• Prior experience in leading a diverse team of data analysts and data engineers supporting data modernization efforts
• Prior experience in using the following tools or technology :

Databricks

Data Management Professional
