• 12-hour shifts available, or 4 x 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday
• Clinic hours 8am - 8pm
• Outpatient addiction services clinic setting
• Part-time nurse practitioner support available
• Fellowship training in addiction medicine preferred
• Volume-based patient load in addiction services
• Hospital privileges required
• Temporary position with potential to extend
