Job descriptionSet daily / weekly / monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Oversee and coach employees. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Check production output according to specifications. Submit reports on performance and progress. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Must be flexible with working some weekends. Supervise all employees to meet production objectives while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Coordinate efforts with plant manager. Utilizing production personnel to their highest level. KEY. Motivate employees. Time management, set by example. KEY. Understand and be efficient with KPI. KEY. Self-starter. KEY. Must be able to train personnel. KEY. Must show good self-starting skills. KEY Help the team achieve INCREASING daily and monthly goals. Hold all employees accountable in higher expectations. Work close with leads. Motivate and inspire the team to their highest potential. Must be able to give clear and correct directions to the team. Must be able to communicate with other departments. Responsible for implementing all daily QC checks in every department. KEY. Must have forklift experience. Must be able to trouble shoot all equipment and run efficiently. KEY. Maintain a clean warehouse. Demonstrate competence with company safety standards. Report all incidents / accidents to your manager. Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools. Skills in MS Office. Organizational and leadership abilities. Communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Problem-solving skills.
