In this role, there will be the opportunity to-
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.

Practice strong communication to coordinate care and advocate for patient needs.
Document thoroughly to support effective communication across the care team.
Align care practices with professional standards and organizational goals to improve outcomes.
Build compassionate, healing relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Engage in professional development to improve practice and patient care quality.
Participate in shared governance, goal setting, and change initiatives.
Collaborate fully with the care team and offer assistance as needed.
Contribute to efforts that enhance patient care and the practice environment.
Adapt to change with a positive and flexible approach.
Participate in unit-based quality improvement efforts and identify improvement opportunities.
Take ownership of enhancing patient satisfaction and care experience.
Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical improvement and influence patient plans.

Required :
Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting and positioning of patients.
Preferred : BSN
