Join our refrigerated freight team running primarily east of the Mississippi River, with occasional West Coast runs. Enjoy steady miles, competitive pay, and reliable home time.

Position Details :

Route : Regional – avg. 2,500 miles / week

Pay : $0.56–$0.65 per mile based on experience

Average Weekly Pay : $1,300–$1,600

Home Time : 14 days on the road, 2 days at home

Freight : 100% refrigerated, 50% drop-and-hook

Training Program :

Training pay : $650 per week for 4–6 weeks

Paid orientation and travel expenses covered

Learn from experienced drivers and get hands-on regional training

Full support during your transition from trainee to driver

Minimum 120+ hours from accredited CDL school and solid work history

Qualifications :

Must be 21+ with a valid CDL-A license

For experienced drivers : minimum 6 months recent CDL-A experience

Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations in past 5 years

No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in past 10 years

Must pass urine and hair drug screening
