Facility Engineer - Materials Management Specialist - FSP

We are looking to fill a Principal Engineer - Materials Procurement Specialist position working as a full-time employee of Parexel FSP on long-term assignment onsite at one of our clients located in West Point, PA. This position offers full benefits, sick time, 401K, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Conducting forecast analysis for material procurement, obtaining quotes, and placing orders for materials used in the preparation of clinical supplies, safety assessments, stability, and experimental formulated drug products.
• Researching supply chains for procured materials and requesting required vendor documentation.
• Working with multiple business partners to ensure material availability required to support on-time delivery.
• Examples of activities :

Managing materials from order to receipt, including collection of all required documentation.
