About The Position

Job Title : Cath Lab Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour

Hours per Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Experience : 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted

License : State license required

Certifications : ARRT R or CCI RCIS required

Must-Have :

• Experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization
• Skills in ASD closures, cardiac stent placement, adult diagnostic catheterization, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Experience with PACS and fluoroscopy

Description :

The Cath Lab Tech will perform as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires proficiency in diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Candidates should have experience performing adult diagnostic catheterizations.

Experience with cardiac stent placements and ASD closures is essential.

The role includes the accurate monitoring of patients and interpreting dysrhythmias.

Familiarity with equipment like Philips and Siemens is necessary.

The position involves call responsibilities once a week and every fourth weekend.

Travelers should be prepared for varying shifts and the specific demands of the Cath Lab.

Participation in emergency response teams may be required.

Scrubs will be provided for this position.
