Strictly focus on commercial / industrial construction between 50,000 - 200,000 SF

Run a horizontal business model, very collaborative and positive team environment. They have a very flexible work environment, if you need a WFH day every once in a while you can take it (PMs typically WFH 2-4 days a month), also if you need to leave early to pick up kids or something of that sort they are always fine with things like that.
Job Description
Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.
Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.
Prepare and maintain a look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site; submit to Project Manager and / or Prime contractor weekly.
Facilitate company safety program including job site safety inspections and weekly safety meetings.
Maintain daily reports to submit to Project Manager and / or Prime contractor daily.
Review and adhere to project schedule.
Maintain project photos of all phases and features of work.
Maintain entire job site in neat and orderly manner. Assure good housekeeping practices are employed in all areas.
Manage quality control by confirming that all equipment and material installed is what was submitted by subcontractor.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or one of that sorts).
True leadership experience (managing teams, performing annual reviews, client management, goal setting and achieving).
Not job hoppy.
Someone who is internally motivated to grow a company and lead initiatives.
Estimating experience.
Experience with CPM scheduling and planning.
Experience with larger projects up to $50M.
Multi-family, light industrial or Education / Municipal experience.
