We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support walk-in customers across all lines of business. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional service by assisting clients with premium payments, coverage options, and policy inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all walk-in customers, responding to inquiries across multiple lines of business.
- Receive, verify, and process premium payments; issue written receipts.
- Explain benefits, rates, and coverage options to help customers make informed healthcare decisions.
- Research and resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
- Support customers in selecting or updating health coverage to best meet their needs.
- Identify and document complex or recurring issues; escalate and track for resolution.
- Provide feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Assist in researching and resolving executive-level inquiries.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience : Minimum 5 years in operations or customer service (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).Licenses : Life and Health License preferred.Preferred Background : Experience in healthcare or Medicare, and prior sales experience.
