This hospital is a respected healthcare facility in northern Wisconsin featuring a 6-bed OB / GYN department. The facility provides comprehensive women's health services to the surrounding communities with a focus on quality patient care and professional provider support.

Opportunity :

Board Certified - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Job Details :

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services with 0-3 patient encounters per shift
• Manage low risk pregnancies (required) and high risk pregnancies (preferred)
• Perform routine vaginal deliveries and low forceps procedures as required
• Handle complicated deliveries including C-sections, breech presentations, multiple births, and abruptions
• Provide VBAC services as required
• Make critical decisions regarding C-section necessity
• Repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Perform FHR interpretation including NST / CST / FSE (preferred)
• Conduct OB ultrasounds - Level I / Screening and Level II / Targeted (preferred)
• Provide office / minor gynecology procedures including IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP (preferred)
• Perform surgical gynecology procedures including open surgeries
• Conduct laparoscopic diagnostic / minor procedures (tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation)
• Perform operative / major procedures including ectopic pregnancy management, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOA's
• Must maintain active Wisconsin medical license or IMLC
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Board certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe : 90 days
• Start date : 12 / 12 / 2025 with ongoing assignment
