Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive end-to-end sales across hospitals in the U.S. This is an onsite role requiring frequent travel , focused on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B sales experience , preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end sales to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across the U.S.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting and networking.
- Present and demonstrate products to healthcare professionals, explaining features, benefits, and clinical relevance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Operations, and Finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes .
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience ; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a strong plus.Proven success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Comfortable with frequent travel across the U.S.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.What We Offer
