We’re seeking a

Senior Enterprise Account Director

to lead strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand the adoption of advanced human data solutions. This is your chance to

engage directly with top-tier LLM labs

and scale their AI initiatives.

What You’ll Do : Own

strategic post-sale relationships

with enterprise AI accounts, ensuring delivery of

high-quality code-centric human data .

Build trusted advisory relationships with

research scientists, AI leaders, and data strategy teams .

Identify growth opportunities, driving account expansion from

$XM → $XXM .

Serve as the

primary commercial and strategic liaison , demonstrating the value of human data across AI development workflows.

Coordinate internally with engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure

seamless project execution .

Lead escalations and resolve delivery challenges to maintain

client satisfaction .

Represent the company at

industry events and client meetings , deepening engagement with frontier AI labs.

Mentor and scale a

high-performing account team

as the client portfolio grows.

Who You Are : 10+ years in

enterprise sales or account leadership

5+ years managing

complex, multi-stakeholder accounts

Proven experience working with

frontier LLM creators

(OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Amazon, etc.)

Track record of scaling enterprise accounts from

$XM → $XXM

Comfortable presenting to

C-level executives

and engaging in

high-level technical discussions

Willing to travel (~20-25%)

Based in the

San Francisco Bay Area
