From the moment you begin your day by dispatching to a job site from home, you are at the helm of your team's success. Your day-to-day involves supervising a team of line locating technicians, from overseeing scheduling and dispatch to ensuring their safety, training, and quality control. You're the one reviewing field tickets, coordinating high-profile locate requests, and responding to any on-site issues that may arise. You perform quality checks to ensure all locates are accurate and compliant while also managing equipment inventory and maintenance to keep your team ready for anything. As the point person for all escalations, you investigate incidents and damage claims, implementing corrective actions and acting as an ambassador for our company culture.
