Schedule Variable shift including day and night rotations based on scheduling needs, with rotating weekends and holiday commitments. Job Description The CVICU Registered Nurse will provide care for critically ill patients with prior heart conditions who are experiencing complex needs and potential life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring and managing patient care in a structured environment. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one nursing care during the initial phase of CVICU operations. Monitor vital signs and manage titratable drips including Dopamine, Levophed, and Amiodarone. Collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize CRRT, Impella, and IABP for patient management as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current CVICU experience with a minimum of one to two years in critical care. Required certifications : BLS and ACLS; TNCC preferred.
