The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $25.25 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

This is a part-time position in the Medical / Surgical / Orthopedics department at St. Anthony North Hospital, a Magnet Hospital. The 4 South Medical Surgical department is a 30-bed unit which treats cardiac, neuro and med-surg patients. This includes a variety of diagnoses, including CHF, COPD, Chest Pain, MI, GI bleeds, post-catheterization, TIA, TR bands, and stroke. We receive overflow from anywhere in the hospital if they have a cardiac or neuro issue, provided they meet unit criteria. Our mission is to provide excellent patient-centered care with teamwork and compassion. Our unit wishes to attract someone who can operate safely in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and who is always willing to lend a hand.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :

• Six months previous CNA experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic computer skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required
• State registered CNA license required
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holds

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs constantly)
