What You’ll Do
- Organize and move materials, kits, and components so assembly can run smoothly and efficiently.
- Build electronic assemblies and subassemblies according to drawings, instructions, and quality standards.
- Run functional tests, verify performance, and diagnose faults to ensure reliability before release.
- Keep work cells spotless and tools organized to support safety, speed, and accuracy.
- Coordinate with teammates across production to meet daily and weekly output goals.
- Document work performed, record results, and promptly elevate discrepancies to supervisors.
- Take part in ongoing training to expand skills in assembly, testing, and materials flow.
What Helps You Succeed
High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training in electronics is a plus.Hands-on experience in material handling, electronic assembly, or test preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Foundational knowledge of electronic components and assembly practices.Comfort working independently and collaborating within a fast-paced team.Solid problem-solving mindset and a proactive, can-do approach.Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.Why This Role
