The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a blend of technical knowledge and strong communication skills, who enjoys working directly with customers to build relationships and close sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Development : Work closely with prospective customers to understand their technical needs and develop customized solutions utilizing our electronics products.
• Sales and Business Development : Make outbound sales calls, present products and solutions to potential customers, and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
• Product Specifications : Collaborate with internal teams to create clear and accurate product specifications that meet customer requirements.
• Quotation Management : Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations for customers. Provide pricing and lead time information as necessary.
• Customer Support : Act as a technical support resource for customers, assisting them with product selection, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
• Newsletter Writing : Author monthly newsletters to keep customers informed about new products, updates, and other relevant company news.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure that customer requirements are met, and products are delivered on time.
• Market Feedback : Relay customer feedback and market insights to internal teams to inform product development and improve offerings.
