Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty, LLC, located in Tehachapi, CA. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching a team of real estate agents to achieve their sales targets and professional growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing team performance, developing and implementing training programs, and collaborating with other leaders to drive company goals. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for recruiting new talent and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Leadership, management, and coaching skills
• Experience in real estate sales and strong knowledge of the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement training programs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in technology and ability to utilize real estate software
• Proven track record of recruiting and team building
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
