Purpose of Role :
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Developmentto support our growing corporate and M&A practice groups at the firm, including our National Dental & Veterinary Law Centers. This individual will play a key role in not just managing the day-to-day marketing initiatives but in being a strategic thinker and driving force behind exciting campaigns that bring in business and support our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with big ideas, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in professional services marketing-ideally in a law firm or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Thought Leadership : Bring the ideas for prospective client outreach, blogs and initiatives.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns to support firm-wide and practice-specific goals.
- Content Development : Coordinate and edit content for client alerts, newsletters, press releases, website updates, and social media.
- Digital Marketing : Manage your practice areas' digital presence, including website updates, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Attorney Support : Collaborate with attorneys to develop individual marketing plans, create bios, and prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Brand Management : Ensure consistency of firm branding, messaging, and client-facing materials across all channels.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics to inform future strategy.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with external designers, PR firms, and other vendors as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.5+ years of marketing experience, required in a law firm.Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as WordPress, Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn.Knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot) is a plus.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to build strong relationships across the firm.Compensation & Benefits : This position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Support staff may also be eligible for discretionary year-end bonuses and a merit-based increase. The posted salary range reflects the base pay range for this position.
