TAX MANAGER - CPA

TAX MANAGER - CPA You are responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete, and timely completion of all clients' tax returns or accounting work products. The Manager develops a thorough understanding of all tax or accounting services provided by the firm, links this understanding to client's needs and identifies opportunities to expand the scope of current engagements based on these needs. Managers develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally. Essential duties and responsibilities include :

• Assume full responsibility for tax returns and accounting work and delegate to various Tax and Senior Tax Professionals.
• Perform technical tax review and final approval of all tax returns.
• Develop a strong professional relationship with the client and serve as the lead point-of-contact.
• Actively take part in client meetings and tax planning efforts.
• Work with partners and senior managers to develop practical and effective tax strategies.
• Manage governmental tax examinations and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Financial administration of client engagements including budgeting, fee estimates, billing and collections.
• Grow into leadership roles and foster professional development of Tax and Senior Tax Professionals. Minimum Requirements :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or Business Administration.
• CPA
• Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting including at least 3 years of supervision of Tax and Senior Tax Professionals.
• Advanced technical skills in a variety of tax and accounting areas, along with well-developed management and supervisory skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to teamwork and leadership.
