As a Security Officer - Dispatch Patrol Specialist in Milwaukee, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help maintain a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include routine communication with on-site teams, managing access control, and utilizing technology to support daily operations. You will be visible and accessible, providing exceptional customer service and helping to deter incidents through your presence and proactive approach. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
