SENIOR FP&A ANALYST

Job Description

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decisions across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer packaged goods (CPG), particularly within the Hispanic foods segment, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes across business units.
• Analyze sales, margin, and cost trends across product categories and distribution channels.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership and board meetings.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
• Support scenario modeling and long-term strategic planning.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
