Busy law firm in Coral Gables is growing and seeking an experienced Intake Specialist to join our close-knit team of dedicated legal professionals. We have an immediate opening for that special person who can take our firm to the next level.

The ideal candidate must have prior Intake experience in another law firm, great on the phone, compassionate and empathetic to others, with a passion for helping those in need.

This is a full-time, in-office role that offers hands-on training, room for advancement, and a team-oriented environment that values both growth and heart.

When clients reach out to us, they’re often facing the most challenging times of their lives. Losing their homes. Facing credit card lawsuits, buying or selling a home, resolving disputes, or protecting their investment. You’ll be the first impression of our firm, listening with empathy, asking thoughtful questions, and making each person feel understood and supported.

Compensation : Between $20 and $30 depending on experience plus bonuses.   Competitive benefits package and clear path for professional growth.
