We are seeking a dynamic manager to join Oracle's Fusion Security Team, driving the delivery of security solutions for our cloud-based Fusion Applications. In this role, you will lead the development of strategic delivery plans, oversee the execution of security projects, and ensure alignment with Oracle's business objectives. Responsibilities

• Building Delivery Plans : Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop comprehensive roadmaps for security enhancements, integrating agile methodologies to align with business priorities and customer needs.
• Leading Execution : Oversee the end-to-end implementation of security projects, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Training and Mentoring Engineers : Design and deliver training programs on secure service delivery and operations, including hands-on guidance on tools like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security features, DevSecOps practices, and incident management. This will upskill junior and mid-level engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits (US)

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
