💼 Position Highlights :

This is a full-time CRNA role at a busy Ambulatory Surgery Center. Ideal for experienced CRNAs looking for a dynamic clinical environment, great work-life balance, and the chance to grow with a top-ranked health system.

🔹 Outpatient setting (ASC)

🔹 Day shifts + Minimal Call + Occasional Weekends

🔹 Cases include all ASA levels, adult & peds

💵 Base Salary : $238,368 annually ($114.60 / hour)

✅ Requirements :

🛡️ Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required

✅ Active Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses – Must be in-hand

💉 BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required or willing to obtain

💊 DEA + CSR / CDS – Must be obtained prior to start

💉 COVID + Flu vaccines – Up-to-date or willing to obtain by start

📅 At least 2 years of CRNA experience (not including RN or training)

🛫 Open to J1 or H1B visa candidates

🚗 Must be open to occasional travel to other ambulatory sites

📂 Clean malpractice and license history required
