Our staff is comprised of caring and compassionate experts who are highly motivated to help our community achieve their health and fitness goals. We are searching for a PART-TIME ( CONTRACT (W-9) Cleaning & Maintenance Associate to conduct daily and weekly cleaning and basic maintenance of our facility and equipment. Flexible hours averaging 8-10 hours per week. No experience needed as we will guide you through the required cleaning protocols as well as regular maintenance activities.

JOB PURPOSE : Maintain cleanliness of our facility and operability of equipment.

The Cleaning & Maintenance Associate will be required to :

Complete daily and weekly cleaning of the entire facility, including fitness equipment, in accordance with existing schedule.

Restocking of restrooms, showers and wipe stations as needed.

Conduct weekly maintenance of equipment based on maintenance due schedule.

Inspect equipment regularly to identify additional preventative maintenance that may be needed.

Coordinate with management to schedule timely repairs on broken equipment.

PERSONAL PRODUCTION :

Cleanliness based on Manager and Member feedback

Uptime of all facilities and equipment aspects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in :

Basic facilities cleaning and maintenance.
