About The Position

Experience : Minimum 2 years in Progressive Care Unit; ICU experience required.

License : Active nursing license

Certifications : AHA BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submission), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Must-Have : Epic experience; familiarity with cardiac drips required.

Additional Notes : Must be nicotine free as part of facility requirements.

Description :

Position available for a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit.

The start date is based on the next applicable orientation date, approximately 3-4 weeks out.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit and ICU experience.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Candidates must possess current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications at the time of application, and must obtain NIHSS certification prior to starting.

The clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs, floating to all facilities within 20 miles.

Candidates should be aware that there are time-sensitive modules to prioritize once confirmed for an assignment.

All requested time off must be submitted upfront.

Facility is smoke-free; all travelers must be nicotine-free, with no exceptions.

A negative 10 Panel drug screen is required prior to starting.

Candidates will need to complete EKG and Pharm tests during orientation, with specific attempts and remediation guidelines outlined.
