About the Role :

The Senior Digital Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the strategy and performance of Starburstdata.com. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that the website offers a superior user experience, drives high-quality leads, and meets campaign objectives. Your work will involve optimizing content for SEO and conversion while aligning with performance marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Digital Experience Manager at Starburst :

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, community, recruiting, and sales, to define web strategies and relevant content that align with business goals.
  • Track and analyze web KPIs, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies for enhancements, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.
  • Develop and implement SEO and data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to elevate website performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with performance marketing to synchronize paid search, social, and display initiatives with web objectives, tracking progress and reporting on results.
  • Design and implement A / B and multivariate tests to refine website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to continuously enhance conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end chatbot strategy, including conversation design, playbook development, routing logic, and integrations with marketing and sales workflows.
  • Analyze and optimize chatbot performance to deliver personalized and brand-consistent experiences that support go-to-market goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in CRO and digital engagement.

What We're Looking For :

  • 5-7 years of experience in web management, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic front-end web technologies (HTML / CSS / JavaScript).
  • Experience in enhancing user experience and site performance using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and external agency teams to achieve results.
  • A data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize efforts accordingly.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
  • Preferred : Familiarity with Starburst’s product offerings or the broader data infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Willingness to Travel : Occasional travel will be required for onboarding, team events, customer engagement, and other company purposes.

    Salary Range :

    Pay Range : $138,600 - $170,100 USD
