Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving business performance through data-driven insights and disciplined capital planning? A well-established company in the consumer goods industry is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate FP& A to join their team and lead critical financial planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and maintenance of 3-statement financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Own the annual budgeting process , partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly financial roll-forwards , ensuring accuracy and timeliness of projections.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance leadership to prioritize capital expenditures (CapEx) based on ROI, strategic alignment, and resource availability.
  • Project manage CapEx initiatives , tracking spend, timelines, and outcomes to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong command of 3-statement financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Proven experience in CapEx planning and project management .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
