The role

We're hiring an Associate Solutions Engineer to be the technical bridge between engineering and customers. Partner with our commercial team to demo Encord's platform to AI leaders, roboticists, and computer vision engineers at the world's most innovative companies.

This role sits at the intersection of complex code and high-growth business strategy. Fast-track your career while learning to architect solutions for leading AI teams.

What you’ll do

• Write Python scripts to build technical POCs, ingest data, and integrate Encord into customer pipelines
• Support sales cycles with technical discoveries and uncover ML team pain points
• Master the Encord platform and SDK to guide users and answer technical questions
• Translate technical concepts to business value for non-technical stakeholders
• Channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape platform roadmap
