2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale casual environmentStrong culinary skills and genuine passion for foodProven leadership abilities with experience managing staffBachelors degree preferredMust Haves
Oversee Kitchen Managers and Back of House staff, ensuring a positive and efficient work environmentSupport kitchen operations to maintain consistency, quality, and timely serviceAssist in menu creation, inventory management, and upholding food safety standardsStep in for the Head Chef when needed to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfactionExperience in $10 million plus high volume restaurants with a strong April-October tourist seasonPreferred Background & Skills
