Launch your automotive career with Honda of Columbia’s exclusive TechTrack : From Lube Tech to Master Tech program! As a Lube Tech in our Express Service Department, you’ll advance through three stages : a 30-day Training Phase, Oversight Phase with trainer guidance, and Full Express Team Member status—building towards being a Certified Honda Technician, and ultimately Honda Master Technician status. Start with hands-on learning in oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance, then develop skills via paid training, mentorship, and Honda certifications.

Compensation :

Starting at $515 per week during the 30-Day training phase

• , moving into a 30-Day Oversight Phase
• , and progressing as a Full Express Team Member (with productivity-based earnings potential).
• Beyond Express, begin your journey toward full Certified Honda Technician through trainings and certifications on your way to a Honda Master Technician with earning potential up to $95,000+ annually.
